This is a neat little trick for more uses than one. Speakers and microphones are essentially the same thing, microphones turn sound into electricity, speakers vice versa. In the same way that manually spinning a wind turbine will generate wind, we can use this concept to make microphones out of unlikely gear.<\/p>\n
